Adseyes Medtech Consulting AB is the owner and administrator of [website www.cryptoghost.ai] (“the Website”). Adseyes offer through the Website analysis of the crypto market, where the users (“User”, “You”) can follow the top traders of the crypto market [please describe the various products associated with the service] (“the Service”). These terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) constitutes a legal agreement between You and Adseyes Medtech Consulting AB, Box 1087, SE-172 22 Sundbyberg, Sweden (“Adseyes”) The agreement applies to all users of the Service and You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions when signing up for a subscription.

1. Disclaimers

Adseyes are not, in any way, financial advisors nor are they financial brokers. The User can not via Adseyes perform transactions on the crypto market. Adseyes are not liable for any financial loss the User may suffer when using the Service as a guideline when trading on the crypto market, the User trade cryptocurrencies at their own risk. Adseyes are not liable for any incorrect information and are not liable for any financial decision made in reliance on the information provided by the Service.

2. Registration

2.1	To use this Service you must first agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these conditions, you are not entitled to use the Service. You accept the Terms & Conditions by creating a user account or otherwise by clicking to agree or accept where these options are presented. You agree to comply with the Terms & Conditions and any applicable laws, regulations or policies. In order to register for a subscription, the User must register a valid e-mail address. The e-mail address must be registered to the User and the User must be authorized to use the e-mail address.
2.2	For the Gold and Diamond subscription, the User must register a valid credit card. The credit card must be registered to the User and the User must be authorized to use the credit card.
2.3	Adseyes may modify the Terms & Conditions by posting new or additional terms. Such modifications and additional terms will be incorporated into the new agreement between you Adseyes. If you do not agree to the changes, you must notify Adseyes and cease your use of the Service. Your continued use of the Services, is your acceptance of the changed Terms & Conditions.
2.4	If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parents or legal guardinan’s permission to use the Service.

3. Service

3.1

Adseyes provide, through the Website, a service for the User to access analysis of the crypto market. The Users sign up via a subscription to the Website. There are three (3) levels to the subscriptions. The free subscription, which entitles the User to a limited number of functions. The Gold subscription, which entitles the User the access to more functions of the Service and the Diamond subscription, which entitles the User to full access to all functions of the Service. The User shall pay for using the Gold subscription and Diamond subscription in accordance with the fees set out upon sign up procedure or otherwise agreed. [Each subscription is valid for three (3) months and renews automatically unless the subscription is cancelled one (1) month before the subscription expires.]

3.2

You agree that Adseyes Privacy Policy, available at ……www.cryptoghost.ai applies to your use of the Service and that Adseyes may store and use your personal information in accordance with the policy.

4. User rights

4.1	By signing up to a subscription to the Service and thus accepts the terms and conditions under this Agreement, Adseyes grants the User the right to access and utilize the information provided in the Service during the time the subscription is active.
4.2	Adseyes will take reasonable measures to make the Service accessible for the User twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, for the whole year.
4.3	To the extent permitted by law, Adseyes disclaims all warranties with respect to the Service, and reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice to You. Adseyes is not liable to you or any third party should it exercise such rights.
4.4	These rights for the User are only applicable if the User has an active subscription to the Service.
4.5	The User retains the right to, for whatever reason, cancel the subscription with a notice period of [one (1) month].

5. User obligations

5.1	The User may not provide any incorrect or misleading information to Adseyes. If any information provided by the User, for whatever reason, is no longer up to date, the User is obligated to notify Adseyes of the fact and shall provide Adseyes with updated information.
5.2	The User may not attempt to access other User’s accounts or to access any information that their subscription is not entitled to. The User may not use the Service in any way that could affect other Users´ experience of the Website or the Service in a negative way.
5.3	The User is obligated to follow national laws when using the Website and the Service. The User may not use the Service or the Website to perform or encourage any illegal activities. The User is responsible for their actions performed when using the Service or the Website.
5.4	The subscriptions are bound to each specific User. The User may not share the account or the Service with another User or a third party. The User may not share the information provided in the Service with another User or third party.
5.5	Any violations under this section shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.
5.6	When the User signs up for either the Gold or the Diamond subscription, the User shall pay Adseyes in accordance with the fees set out in this Agreement. The method of payment shall be via credit card.
5.7	If the User, in any way, was to breach this Agreement the User will not be compensated for the remaining time of their subscription.
5.8	By signing up for either the Gold or the Diamond subscription, the User guarantees that they are the owner of the credit card and are authorized to make payments with the registered credit card.

6. Risks

6.1	Adseyes are not liable for the risks associated with the trade of cryptocurrencies. By utilizing the Website and the Service the User acknowledges the risks associated with such trade and is aware that they themselves bear the risk of any possible financial losses.
6.2	Adseyes are not responsible for determining any tax that may be associated with the trade on the crypto market.
6.3	The User acknowledges that the information provided in the Service may not always be correct and that their decision in trading in crypto assets should not be solely based on the information provided in the Service.

7. Term and termination of the agreement

7.1	This Agreement comes into force when the User has signed up for a subscription and comes to an end when either Adseyes terminates the User’s account, or the User cancels their subscription.
7.2	Adseyes retains the right to terminate the User’s account if the User were to, in any way, breach this Agreement. If the User’s account is terminated the User no longer has access to the Service.
7.3	If the User breaches this Agreement and Adseyes terminate this Agreement, Adseyes have no obligation to store or keep the User’s account.
7.4	Provisions under this Agreement that naturally shall survive the termination of this Agreement, shall still be applicable to both the User and Adseyes even after the termination of this Agreement.

8. Changes to the terms & conditions

8.1	Adseyes reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. It is the User’s responsibility to keep themselves updated by returning to this section of the Website.

9. General provisions

9.1	Adseyes owns all intellectual property rights and technical solutions of the Service. Such intellectual property rights and solutions may only be used by the User in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
9.2	The User acknowledges that all content, including the Service, is the sole responsibility of the party from whom such content originated.
9.3	This Agreement is governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled by arbitration according to the Arbitration Rules of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce’s Arbitration Institute. The seat of the arbitration shall be Stockholm.
